Aarfaan is very knowledgeable and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and resolve it. The quote was given quickly, setting out the alternatives and we had to replace the windows. James will be my first point of contact for all building and plumbing related works until he retire. After having multiple quotations, we decided to give this job (complete bathroom refurbishment & kitchen tiling). His quotation was reasonable, and after seeing the outcome - we feel every penny is worth. We have got a quote without having enough knowledge, and proper design. But James took care of everything, he did research, he came up with design & plan - finally it's looking far better than we thought.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
