Unfortunately the weather interfered BUT Karl re-arranged for a couple of days later. Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all. It would be ideal if i could leave pictures as to the stat of my home and the damage this contractor caused. i had to get ride of this contractor and find an alternative. This has cost me double what it should have as i had paid this contractor the majority of his invoice then had to employ another to correct the work. please check the users tax filing on company house (which have not been completed) and the fact they have been expelled from the federation of master builders. not recommended
