Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. James did a really good job completely refitting our cloakroom. He was polite and considerate and kept us up to date with his progress and any issue arising. The manager Jay was always very prompt at answering texts but at times we would have liked him to be a little more proactive. On the whole, very happy with the work completed.
