He knocked out the walls and replaced them with a built in wardrobe, and also at our request, built in the existing furniture we had in the room. We've never had so much space! 8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.
