Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused

They set a date to come and quote the job but never turned up. After getting in touch with them again and rearranged stayed in all day waiting but still never turned up. They now don’t respond to my text messages, was very disappointed still have the gutter problem

Tom, arrived on the time and on the date agreed and provided a first class service rebuilding our dry stone wall as i had major concerns the wall was about to collapse on to our vehicle. The quotation was fair price for all the hard work that tom put in to making sure the project was completed to a very high standard.
