Said he’d return the next day to put right. Didn’t return. I’ve messaged every day since. No reply. DO NOT USE. Reporting to Trading Standards now and taking to small claims court.

Danny was asked to change our bathroom into a laundry room. He did it over three days and was very efficient, taking time to explain what was happening as he went along. The job was done to an excellent standard and he even sorted out the fitting of the appliances with little fuss. All the rubbish was taken away and the room left neat and tidy. A brilliant job. Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
