George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I won't hesitate to use his services again.He was extremely reliable and professional arrived at the time he said and he tidied up at the end of each day’s work. I thoroughly recommend him! Needed my old slab and tarmac driveway replacing. Put out a job request and Steve at midland construction came to quote. Decided his was the best company to do the job and he knew what I wanted. The work was carried out over 4 days,his two men worked very hard removing and preparing for the pour of concrete, which was carried out over two days,they worked tidily and finished the job on time,very pleased with the work carried out.
Aberdean builders did a great job on the re pointing, there was a slight issue in regards to the original quote for the work increasing due to the wrong sq metre's being measured by myself, it would have been better to have this measured before the job was started. Although the builder was reasonable in coming to an agreement on the price.
Very good quality work with unbelievably cheaper price. Very good value for money. Any other work he was not an expert in, he knew other peoples and brought them who could do the job in the best manner. Overall, job very well done, thats why I am giving 5 stars.
Phase 1 nearing completion and scores 10:10 Excellent team under Joe Kerr - they can all think on the run which is vital with a renovation project. Phase 2 will start in a couple of weeks and in the meantime we have already recommended to close friends with the two projects running alongside. No hesitation in highest recommendations.
