George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. We agreed the work. The guys were available quickly. After starting, they needed to borrow my wheelbarrow, SDS drill and crow bar. Midway, they suggested the job should change as all the damaged patio tiles under the gutter outlet were not damaged by water run off, but the cement beneath them being too hard. The grout they put in washed away. They came and fixed it.

I can honestly say that Kyle and his team at Future Construction were exceptional in every regard. We had experienced difficulties with a builder prior to Kyle but he proved to be reliable, hardworking and committed to completing our house renovation, a substantial project, on time, within the restrictions of our budget. James did a good day's work. He was joined by work mate Craig. They erected a pagoda. James started to sand my path and patios. He said he would come back on Monday to finish. He didn't. I called him again and on four different occasions he volunteered a day to come but didn't. I foolishly paid James in full. They left garden debris which took us several hours to clear up. I called James to politely say we would finish the sanding ourselves if we knew where he was up to. He has severed all contact.
