John and the team did an outstanding job. It was easy to work with John and he was very knowledgeable, and provided very sensible advice. Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. Same goes for extensions We do all ground works, build shell and put roofs on, then client may want to take over at that stage. We are pretty flexible. Andy chose an FD30 door. He asked for £250 in advance which I paid as he seemed trustworthy. He trimmed the door and has damaged top and bottom. No peephole as promised. The door is of no use as it does not comply to Fire Regs in many ways despite his assurances and can't be fixed. It is not self-closing, the gaps along the sides and top are too wide, a bit of the fame is missing where he removed the old lock. The intumescent strip is not properly attached. He is demanding more money on top of his quote.

After speaking with several Builders, I decided to select them. They turned up smart professional listened and approach the job with professionalism. They were always open to listen and kept in touch with me daily, worked to my schedule and finished the job on time full house refurbishment outside roof walls, windows doors and patio in two weeks. Very easy to work with and respectful builders who do what they say they’re going to do and to a good quality so I would definitely recommend them 100%
