George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. We made a few changes as we went and they were very accommodating. They fitted a full kitchen, utility room, downstairs cloakroom and built a new porch, which looks great and the finish is excellent. Said he’d return the next day to put right. Didn’t return. I’ve messaged every day since. No reply. DO NOT USE. Reporting to Trading Standards now and taking to small claims court.

The job was done to an excellent standard and he even sorted out the fitting of the appliances with little fuss. All the rubbish was taken away and the room left neat and tidy. A brilliant job. He was pleasant and friendly throughout the job. It is a definite 5 STAR from me. I would recommend him to anybody in the future.

Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
