George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. RKH FINISHES LTD carry out all aspects of internal finishes from drylining, plastering, joinery, plumbing, electrics, painting etc.
Great communication when there was a short delay. The work was, however, completed exactly when it was meant to be and the standard of workmanship was spot on. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend RKH finishes and would definitely use this company again if the need arose.

The job was posted on 22nd July 2025 and Wade Ellis of Ellis Roofing And Building Ltd responded 2 days later. After a survey, I received a quote on 26th July, which was accepted. A skip arrived on 29th July and the work commenced next day. The job was completed on 1st August. The bricklayer and his female trainee assistant got on with the job without any fuss, and they were very pleasant to deal with. The aim of the project has been delivered and I am very happy with the result. I recommend them. 5 stars!

PB installed a new Velux window where an old skylight had been positioned. The job turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated. However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. They were punctual, polite, friendly, and professional and the job was reasonably priced.
