George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Absolute 1st class service and build from Michael and his team. Communication was great from our first contact right through to completion. Excellent competitive pricing and good invoicing. The overall build quality of our extension is fantastic and thoughtfully done. We had a downstairs shower room, dining room and hall added with new back steps. Michael is a great problem solver too. I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. They were very customer focused, no job was too much. Thank you guys for all your hard work. We love our new decking.
