Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.
I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Everything is looking fab and perfectly positioned and the curtain poles will not be coming down in a hurry! Everywhere left spotless too. I'll definitely be in touch the next time I need work doing. My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials. Had a very positive with Mark and the Unique Lofts team for our loft conversion. I would highly recommend them. Michael and Brad (our team) were friendly, dedicated and hardworking. Michael kept me in the loop, followed up on my enquiries and gave some really helpful advice in moving airing cupboards and opening up the loft space for more natural light.
