Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We have a very difficult set of footings which involves a line of trees close by. Foundations passed by Building Control with flying colours. Had a very positive with Mark and the Unique Lofts team for our loft conversion. I would highly recommend them. Michael and Brad (our team) were friendly, dedicated and hardworking. Our neighbours, who had the skip chute cross their garden, also shared how considerate and friendly they were. Michael kept me in the loop, followed up on my enquiries and gave some really helpful advice in moving airing cupboards and opening up the loft space for more natural light. All in all, highly recommended.
