Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR

Initially great service, quick and didn’t over do the job ie suggested a cheaper alternative which was great - however sadly they suggested doing some other work on the roof which agreed to but they haven’t finished the job been a month and still not finished and is no longer communicating which is disappointing

This man came out and priced my work. I accepted his price but on the day he was due to start the work he rang me saying his platerers wife was taken into hospital with food poisoning. Never heard from him again.so I am now looking for someone myself to plaster my ceiling.

I've spent 35 years working as a plumber in the A.C.T, Sydney and in the Navy. Whilst in the navy, apart from plumbing, I worked on the ships propulsion, diesel generation and water purification systems. Other tasks including welding, fitting, electrical fault finding and mechanical repairs. I have plumbing experience, working for one of Sydney’s leading commercial plumbing maintenance company and other company within Newcastle (Aust). I have applied my trade and technical skills to complete many tasks outside my trade. I have been a joinery for 13 years served my time with a good squad of joiner and was well trained in all aspect of joiner. I have my level 3 NVQ and diploma in carpenter and joinery. I do all joiner work and take on small renovation contracts, can supply and fit all materials. Always leave a neat and tidy job and keep the customer happy and I am happy to answer any question you may have about your job. When doing renovation job i do my own joinery work and organize the other trades(bricklayer, plaster etc) i deal with all the trade and the stress so you don't have to.
