Phillip called out to the house to inspect and gave me what seemed like a fair price for the work needed to fix a leak on my main roof and out the back. He seemed genuine and I asked him to complete the work. He came back and did the work although no one was around the house. He said he would send me photos of the completed work but he didnt. I met him that same day and paid him. He said he may not have fixed the leak at the back but he would be back. 17 days later he wont answer phone calls or texts.

Scaffolding materials have been left on my property since February, and it's now June. I've reached out several times via phone and text, but they still haven’t come to collect them. Very disappointed with this “tradesman” and his work. Things went well initially with Mervyn helping to design our bathroom refurb. The work itself seemed to go reasonably well but he when he was called back to fix a leak in the shower this wasn’t done adequately. More and more silicone was added, without fixing the leak. Eventually, when the shower leaked so badly that water poured through our living room ceiling, this guy wouldn’t even answer his phone. My advice would be to avoid.
