Charged £140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be £60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further £60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten

After 3 weeks of being let down and messed about by local roofers following Storm Eowyn, I posted on here and Colin got in touch. He made an appointment to come through, take a look and give a quote and he kept his word and arrived bang on time. Billy & Tommy came to see the job in the middle of the storm which decimated our fencing. We ended up having to get the whole fencing in the garden ripped out and replaced. They came with all the tools and kit, set about ripping it all out and getting the new fencing up. 10/10 job. The new fencing looks fantastic! I can’t thank them enough. A couple of cups of coffee and these two will work endlessly to get the job done! Cannot recommend them highly enough!

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.
