MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.

Phil was contactable throughout the project to answer any questions I had on things, and even with a hold up due to a third-party supplier managed to move things around to get my build done quickly. The work is first class, I was kept informed as to what was going on, both himself and his contractor worked in a clean and tidy manner and the work was completed at the quoted price (which was very competitive). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.
