Posting the job brought an immediate response from this roofer, who arrived to assess the job very quickly. He showed me photos and video of the problem (I don't have the head for heights to see for myself), and explained very clearly what was required. Having agreed on actions and cost, he made the necessary repairs the same day, and provided photos of the work. At all times he was friendly and seemed efficient. Like all such work, I cannot yet know if it was effective, but would use him again.

Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
