Our £5k bathroom is ruined due to the unprofessionalism of TAPS - from start to finish its been a disaster. We are now left with leaks under our bath, which has fused the kitchen lights as the water has come thru the ceiling, a toilet that wobbles and a chrome radiator that he fitted with brass elbows. Professional!! Every opportunity has been give for Don to fix this put our correspondence is just ignored. So everyone be warned!!

Good quality work despite a few days when things wasn't quite as easy as we thought it would be. Flexible for some extra work to be added as the job progressed. Would have been nice to see receipts for materials bought and used. However, would recommend.

We’re a small family-run roofing contractor based in Blaydon, Newcastle upon Tyne. With over 30 years combined experience within the trade our team know how to manage your project from start to finish. After being founded in 2019, the company has went strength to strength in developing a strong customer base and network of commercial clients. After out growing our original headquarters in Cramlington, we relocated to a larger warehouse premises in Seaton Delaval in early 2022, there we are able to develop the infrastructure and equipment to be able to more efficiently and proactively take on larger scale projects for domestic and commercial clients. In mid 2024 we began our move to our current headquarters in Blaydon, we did this as our customer base had switched and we felt a relocation would benefit our customers and also give us the opportunity to further expand our base and begin to start work on the North Easts first roofing showroom, opening in early 2025. Came with short notice, took care with the work, uncovered other significant problems organised a bricklayer to correct issues before completing the work rather than rushing through the job, and having further problems arise in future years. I would recommend this company.
