My neighbours and I got together as the wall at the back of the garages fell down exposing the rooves. It was complicated co-ordinating and locating everyone. Joe stepped in and got the job done competently and professionally, with considerable people skills. He did everything we asked of him and we are really pleased with the work. He gives a five year guarantee too which is reassuring. Everything checks out about Joe and he has proved himself to be trust-worthy. We employed the right company.

Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.
