Whilst the app is a good idea having to select a job costing beforehand when you're not sure how much to pay is very frustrating. Tom arrived with his son and brother. They were keen to address the issue and after assessing the roof area and the velux windows, came up with a solution and carried out the repairs. They were polite and amiable, and discussed what they were going to do with me before starting. They cleared up after the work was completed, and gave an assurance if there was an issue with further leaks to contact him and he would return to put right.would certainly recommend.
