A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Ripped the new flashing, water pouring in. Ceiling soaked, rug ruined, laminate flooring now lifting. Didn’t turn up for 3 days. Roof still leaking. Changes sim in his phone so you can’t get hold of him after paying out £8k. Avoid Will he is a chancer. Do not use this company!

I employed Matt to install a new bathroom. I was very disappointed in the finishing of the tiling (uneven, rough grouting, chipped tiles). The sink was installed after the tiles were fitted therefore the sink was not plumb - silicone was used to fill the large gap between sink and tiles - messy! Nice lads, but poor workmanship.

Booked for next day, 12-6 Tuesday. Technician didn't turn up, phoned to say it would be Wednesday. Wednesday phoned to say it would be Thursday. Turned up Thursday, did half the job then said was done, without doing the EICR. Phoned the office, said they didn't have the testing equipment to the EICR, so would be Friday, Didn't turn up Friday, called by manager at 5pm to say sorry but his task list was three days long and so could he get it rescheduled for Monday. So I wasted two half days.
