Neale is lovely to deal with whilst being professional, punctual and skilled. I didn't believe builders like this still existed. He turned up on time, every single time he said he would. A very nice, tidy job completed by Dale and his buddy. They fixed a roller blind, an outside storage door and some chest of drawers in the bedroom. Also tightened up a few niggly items in the kitchen. There are a few other areas that require attention around the house and we will certainly look to use their services again.

I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.
