A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Solomon replied to my ad very quickly which was great and he managed to get the heating working in my flat, which it hadn't been. However, the fault light on my boiler came back on shortly after he left and he hasn't been able to provide a report on what issue needs fixing for me to be able to follow up on. He also wouldn't pre confirm an hourly rate or agree costs upfront. He was however very friendly and helpful, if he can provide a report and rectify the issue then I'd happily use him again.

This started out great. Great communication and came to do the job. However after a few weeks the leak in the roof returned. William came to look at the job and tried to get me to pay for me more work. I reminded him I booked him to fix the leak. With the recent heavy rain it has leaked again. I now appear to be blocked.
