Kept me informed. Explained the job in lay person terms. Very clean, neat and tidy when job completed. Honest too - I paid for 1 days work; above job was completed quicker than expected so he did a few extra jobs that needed doing as well. He would be my first contact for future work. Would highly recommend.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!Delighted with the work Hemal did for me. Replacing two taps, new bathroom extractor fan, new plug socket, repair to internal wall from removal of tv bracket, dishwasher, plumbing & water pressure checks. Responded within minutes of posting the job, gave me good advice, arrived next day, got all the jobs done promptly and to a high standard. Clean, professional, polite, good price. Highly recommend. First time using Rated People, really happy.
Claire
A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. All in all, great value for money. My mum was very happy with the work ethic and outcome. If she’s happy so I was very happy. We’ll definitely be calling them back in at a later date.

Rhys was excellent; he first came to look at the works I needed in detail. Which after provided a detailed quote. He took the time to explain things when I did not understand. He gave the available options of what could be done and also provided his recommendation. He worked extremely clean and was really dedicated to his work. Really happy with how he has replaced a consumer unit, all cables where neat and tidy. I will be hiring him again as I have more electrical work.

One star as that was the lowest I could choose. Threatened to have us fined as they claimed we accepted a quote they did not give. Left some of our waste on our neighbours property and claimed that we shortchanged them so demanded a further £20.00 Not to be trusted I'm afraid.
Emergency Plumber 24hr South West, 30 plus years in trade we are a niche company dealing with households who are in need of the expertise, trusting company to give the help to the community, basically a rescue service for that remedial works that was poorly carried out, the leak that never got resolved, the skillset to resolve any issues or designs we have Gas Engineers for your breakdowns, fully compliant with public liability up to two million. Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.
