A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

I wrote Sub standard work. Dos not honour guarantee. Left a lot of mess. Makes up problems that are not there.. I want to make this clear RGM roofing are a high quality outfit. That he dose honour his guarantee which last for 10 years. He clears up his mess. And far from making problems up he points out what might happen. I contacted rated people to have the bad review removed both by phone and two weeks of emails. Rated people have done absolutely nothing they don’t answer their emails or their phone.

I’m still cleaning up days later - glue absolutely everywhere. All up my newly painted skirting boards, up my doors and glue all over new vinyl. No care was taken to prevent the glue from getting everywhere. Plus why would you join the doors by putting vinyl over vinyl? So there’s an obvious bump as you come in through the door. Floor bars were rammed in so he damaged paint. I’ve had to remove the floor bars myself and cut the vinyl to flatten the bumps and I paid full price for all of this?

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.
