Joshua Richard is very friendly and polite person. He has real patience to understand the issues correctly and rectify it. He came to replace the old led water pipe to PVC pipe. It was a bit tricky job and he had to dig the ground to connect the pipe and secured the connection. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
