Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

I am grateful for your help with a bathroom refit that wasn't straightforward, as it was for my father with dementia. i Installing a shower seat and supportive stud wall with anti slip flooring and upgrading electrics for a dementia friendly electric shower. It wasn't easy working in a small flat. We had to finish the job ourselves to make it easier for dad but your work has stood up, the shower works and the seat is strong.

I am a self employed Carpenter and Joiner and specialise in fitting kitchens, bespoke/built-in furniture and storage solutions and laying wooden flooring. Joshua Richard is very friendly and polite person. He has real patience to understand the issues correctly and rectify it. He came to replace the old led water pipe to PVC pipe. It was a bit tricky job and he had to dig the ground to connect the pipe and secured the connection. Joshua is a professional and skilful person and I would highly recommend him for any sort of plumbing tasks. I would definitely hire him for any of my future plumbing and gas related issues.
