We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. Damaged the dress table by using electrical screwing machine instructions clearly advise NOT to use an electrical screwdriver. The doors are not level and drawers not closing properly. Blamed the manufacturer but this is high end table from a respected manufacturer.. poor quality service.

He ignored my text & left half the panel working buttons, unusable after he finished saying don’t use them, they do nothing any way. He quoted £85 but charged £102. I paid what he quotes me. In England, VAT is included in the quoted price unless explicitly stated otherwise. Every quote I’ve paid before included VAT or clearly mentioned it. This isn’t the U.S., where tax is added afterward. For the sake of £17, you’ve lost a customer looking to buy a new boiler.
