We are absolutely furious with this builder’s unprofessionalism and incompetence. A simple three-week job—adding a stud wall, a doorway, and modifying a window—dragged on for over three months. He repeatedly promised to show up, then ghosted us, forcing constant schedule changes. He made careless mistakes, charged extra to fix them, and took weeks just to paint a door—until we dismissed him. We had to redo parts ourselves. A complete waste of time, money, and patience. Avoid him at all costs.

They completed the house extension for us and everything was finished to a high standard and on time. Great job by Luke in upgrading two radiators. Also took off another radiator so I could do some filling behind it. Had a tiny drip on one of the new radiators, but he came back to sort it a few days later. Clean and tidy work. Friendly and knowledgable. Excellent communication throughout via text and calls.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
