Nice tiles in bathroom but paid for a door and radiator to be fitted and these weren’t done. Got radiator on floor not attached! Had to get someone else to fit door. It took me three hours to clean up after his mess, no joke, bathroom was filthy. Asked him to come back to fill in gaps in tiling & fit other things which he said would do, and he did a few of these things. He changed bath plug because wasn’t fitted properly but instead of removing first plug, he left some of it in sink hole,

He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. Monument Castle knocked a loading wall down for me so we could have a large open kitchen, dining and living room. They insulated the ceiling, moved some electrics and did some plumbing for us (moved 2 radiators). They did a really good job for us and have some great tradesmen working for them. Would recommend.
