George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. We are a property maintenance company, based in Sevenoaks, Orpington and Biggin Hill, Kent, and servicing the surrounding areas We undertake all home improvements work, including renovations and decorating, and drainage. We also do all general handyman work, from hanging doors, replacing taps, building flat pack furniture, hanging shelves, security lights, and TV's, and even changing your toilet! Additionally, we offer outdoor services, such as glazing, roof repairs, guttering, driveways, fencing, down-pipe restoration, garden maintenance, tree removal, pond building, custom shed design and build, and anything else that you need to create your outdoor oasis.
Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.

I have grown up on a construction site and have always had a good hand in lead ever since I was 4 years old. I had worked with my father doing plumbing and by the time I was 13 years old I was a part time partner in his company, I further went to college and qualified in level 2 NVQ Plumbing and had carried a full-term apprenticeship, creating a portfolio. Once finishing my qualifications I became a full time partner in my father’s general building company which entailed doing, extensions, refurbs, plumbing and heating, kitchen & bathroom refurbishments, new builds, roofing and lead work. We ran the company together for a further 8 years on top of his 45 years of quality construction. Afterwards I have done my own jobs and have now recently created my own company B.J.T Construction, named after my 3 young boys a business that shows we are built upon family, integrity, quality and professional standards. To help create a business that will always provide everything the client requires and to which everything that should be upheld.
Jack did a good neat job sealing the UPVC of my bay windows to the concrete sill. He also he repaired and filled a patch in a stud wall and refixed the speaker bracket that had come away causing the hole in the first place. He was on time, very helpful and cleaned up thoroughly. I appreciated the fact that, although small jobs, Jack treated them just the same way as a large extension. I'm happy to recommend him and will certainly call him again if I need to.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.
