Reliable, friendly, and quality individual. The work was done within a few hours and it was completed to a high standard. We were given advice and guidance for upkeep and treatment. Left me with a massive headache. Fitted oak cladding to stairs. Misaligned ballistrade, needs taking out. Many of the steps creak, quarterlanding creaks, (did not before). Joinery badly cut with no scribing. Damaged plaster where wood cut in situ. Left many holes in wall where handrail put up more than once because at wrong height. Removed a newel post, and joined ballustrade at 90 degrees - unsafe and against building regs. Left huge messes everywhere for us to clear up on several days. Took ages over the

Fixed brickwork on our house. The repair left brick dust on nearby bricks, which they said would disappear in a few months, but it never did. Having said that, the quality was good and the repairs stood the test of time, which is exactly what we wanted.
