No rating for this guy. Seriously useless. Doesnt provide quote, takes 2hrs to finish job that could be done in 1hr. Could see he lacks common sense.Then says his company /boss chargeouy fee is £xx, when he works for himself. Breaks the toilet while fixing it, denies blame. Do had to change it..at much cheaper cost.Avoid "Manny!

Jake and team arrived on time and cracked on with a massive clearance job. Always smiling and very polite. Completed in just under a day and a half and we are very happy. Tidy and clean, well as best as you can with garden and builder waste removal. Neighbours will be happy now with our clear front garden. Thanks Jake and team. Worth every penny
