Right from the initial consultation visit I was impressed with the professional approach and sound knowledge brought to the task. This was further evidenced throughout the time the work was being carried out. The 3 electricians involved, Dean, Callam, and Joe, worked closely together, pooling their expertise to the customers best advantage. Upon completion the team checked their work, cleaned up and departed leaving two satisfied customers. I would have no hesitation recommending them.

Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Dale did a splendid job: relaying flags around the house, installing curtain poles, shower rail, a mirror, and a lock on a door. He did various repairs, quickly and efficiently. He was also a mine of information and gave great advice. I recommend him highly.
