Steve called immediately and arranged for someone to come and look at the job. I then had a no obligation quote. There was no pressure just honest information. I was kept informed and made aware of what could be done. They were both very polite and did not rush off for the next job. They asked if I was happy with everything before leaving. No rating for this guy. Seriously useless. Doesnt provide quote, takes 2hrs to finish job that could be done in 1hr. Could see he lacks common sense.Then says his company /boss chargeouy fee is £xx, when he works for himself. Breaks the toilet while fixing it, denies blame. Do had to change it..at much cheaper cost.Avoid "Manny!
