Gregg did an absolutely fantastic job fitting the doors in our home. Some of the doors were slightly off-size, he expertly trimmed each one to fit every frame perfectly. He was punctual every day, worked cleanly and efficiently, and even hoovered up at the end of each day and left everything spotless. He even wore shoe covers in our house. His pricing was very reasonable too. We’re extremely happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gregg to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

Excellent,excellent,excellent. Not often a tradesperson is happy to visit without cost to do an assessment of works required upfront and then give s reasonable quote and also explain possible options. Needed a new consumer unit (fuse box to us laypeople) to replace my ancient one and do an EICR. Based on the quote for the work I also added a hard wired for alarm and some smaller jobs as well. Very polite, cleaned up after the works as well. I have already recommended him to a number of friends.

We used TAC Building for a full bathroom renovation. From the moment we met Tom, we were really impressed with his knowledge and experience in the industry. Our bathroom looks amazing, and his whole team worked really hard every day. The quality of the finish and the attention to detail are things that you only find in high end tradespeople, and he is definitely one of those. There isn’t enough space on here to describe how happy I am and stress free Rob and his team made the process. I had a major extension to the rear and side of the home which meant I wasn't able to use the bottom area of my home at all. Rob and his team took care of everything and also provided so much extra help all the time any time and keeping up with the consistent service is truly unmatchable. I’m very happy with the work, the finishing and everything else. Choose Rob and his team and you can’t go wrong

Mariusz came to give us a quote for complete strip out and refit of small bathroom. We already had an idea of how the new bathroom should look and had chosen almost all the new fittings, etc. Mariusz suggested a completely new layout, which we would never have thought of and many different fittings. We decided to go with Mariusz's layout and many of his suggestions for the fittings. The finished bathroom is absolutely outstanding and beyond our expectations. Mariusz is truly a master craftsman.

Steve did a complete renovation of a 2 bedroom flat for us - rewire, beautiful herringbone oak floors, plaster, paint, amazing new kitchen including white quartz countertop sourced at a great price and bathroom. Great finish; amazing value; can’t recommend highly enough. Really appreciate his advice, including telling us where not to waste money

Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????
