Jon was a professional, thorough and clean. Right from a print quote, through to quickly and easily arranging a day for the work. He turned up on time and completed the work required, double checking my preferences where needed. Made minimal mess and did clean whatever little there was. Will definitely be using again and will certainly be recommending.

Danny installed a 5 camera UHD CCTV and House Alarm system for us last year exactly as per his quote. Followed up afterwards as well when we needed some help... All in all a great job - would recommend him highly...

We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.

Frank, was polite, up front about costs and started straight away after I accepted his services. Sorted out my lighting dilemma quickly and my constantly on extractor fan. arrived on time, came to carry out an annual service of 3 air conditioning units. Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site

In addition to replacing the spot lights I asked Raef to replace my bathroom floors with LVT flooring. The result was excellent! The job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with the minum of fuss or delay. Although not cheap, I am more than happy with the finished result, and would have no hesitation in contacting RT Property Services for any future jobs. Very Highly Recommended.

An enjoyable experience throughout. From initial engagement, preliminary survey work and first fix, through to a thorough and tidy second fix in replacing some failed components. Joe was very professional, punctual, tidy and all at a competitive price! Luis did a great job throughout. From initial discussion on the phone to follow up text, he’s done exactly what we discussed and accommodated an extra light (that I’d forgot we needed doing). He arrived on time, took the time to run through everything before starting and took pride in his work inc tidying up and ready for us to enjoy the new lights and sockets. Would happily recommend!
