Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused

IKEA furniture construction services £17.50 per hour. Minimum call out charge £40 Special day rate £115 - 7.5 hours Packing services £20 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £125 - 7.5 hours Removal services £30 per hour. Minimum call out charge £70 Special day rate £190 - 7.5 hours Specialist/ Large scale Removal jobs: If I need to hire a MWB the rough rate is £40 per hour. With a minimum charge of £70.00. However if I need to hire a LWB/ XLWB the rough rate is £45-£50 per hour. With a minimum charge of £100.00. Please note, I can price the job as a one off quote accurately. If you can provide the pickup and delivery address. In addition provide images of the items that you require to be relocated. Please give the rough dimension of any key double height items that need to remain upright, such as a fridge freezer? In addition is it a two or three seater? Waste Removals services £35 per hour. Would recommend MM Property maintenance as they did a great job of painting my newly installed panelling. They came on time, covered everywhere, didn’t stop working and made sure everything was perfect even filling and sanding panelling before painting and finally clearing up so there was no cleaning left for me. We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. He was punctual, tidy and did everything we had asked him to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
