Very poor experience. Service fell well below professional standards. Lack of transparency around payments, including upfront requests without invoices and charges for materials not provided. Work was incomplete, rushed, and of poor quality, with multiple defects. Property left messy with damage and waste. Communication and accountability were poor, with no follow-up after payment. Intimidating pressure to pay before issues were resolved. Would not recommend.

Dean was very professional throughout. He was both reliable and knowledgeable. He even did some work which was not stated in the original job spec.! Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. I comissioned John and his team for a property renovation. He is very reliable, friendly, honest and professional and he has a high standard of workmanship where he provide a good service to his customers and only uses good quality products. I was impressed with John's communication and advice on the best way to tackle some decor problems. He was able to offer referals and liase with other contractors which helped immensly with the project. I wouldn't hesitate to use John again and recommend Lickapaint.
