I am a fully qualified NVQ, Level 2 & 3, CITY & Guilds plasterer specialising in solid wet application plasters, and Drywall. I have 40 years experience in the plastering construction trade. Examples of the projects I have worked on in the United kingdom are the Plastering restorations on the Duke, and Duchess of Devonshire Estate, Bolton Abbey, and the Royal Armouries museum In Leeds, West Yorkshire. "The man is non-stop!" Taff was fantastic, working solidly through each day and through the week to get the job done by the deadline - no nipping off for other jobs. The job evolved during the week (it turned out the floor also needing refitting due to blown tiles and sub-standard base), but Taff was able to adapt and we ended up with a much better outcome. Scott refitted our small main bathroom. He offered helpful advice and alternative ideas which were most helpful. Scott was pleasant at all times. His quote was very fair and he was always punctual. We felt at ease to leave Scott with a key while we were at work. When a slight issue arose requiring attention outside of Scott's working schedule, he came to our rescue! He even changed over a tap in another bathroom at very short notice, We recommend Scott and would be very happy to use Scott's services again.

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.
