Dave is a very nice and reliable guy, he turned up on time, his work is immaculate I would highly recommend him. I felt comfortable with him in our home and would definately contact him again for future work, his pricing is also very reasonable.

Bogumil was very efficient, he responded quickly to my advert of laying laminate flooring. He undertook the work the next day and done a great job. Clean and tidy, and was happy to get on with the job, he didn't even stop for a cup of tea. I'll be sure to use his services again.

Alex was very friendly and easy going, I asked for the work to be done on a certain day and he was able to fit me in, on arrival I explained what needed doing and he carried the work out to a very high standard, I was extremely happy with the work he has done and he even took the rubbish with him. All the work was done in a very exceptable timescale and for a very reasonable price, I will be inviting him back in the future for more work, thank you so much Alex, Great job

I'm very pleased with the repairs to the wall fixings and refix of our heavy motorized satellite dish which had come loose in the recent winds. The job was done very efficiently and promptly for the agreed budget and we are very pleased with the result. Florin's work on my new staircase was excellent. His work was clean and tidy. When there were opportunities to take short cuts, he didn't, always completing a thorough and professional job. He gave advice and talked through each of the options carefully. His work was completed on time and on budget. His team were courteous, polite and cleaned up every day. The final job was better than expected. I would have no hesitation in using him again.

Jabouri & his colleague did a fantastic job installing my replacement bathroom enclosure. They arrived on time and set down to work quickly, calmly and professionally. Jabouri was courteous, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help with additional requirements I had. Overall I’m very pleased with the job done and will definitely use him again. I am so relieved to have found a competent and reliable person for my home maintenance. I know it's a cliche, but Scott really is worth his weight in gold. He is efficient, knowledgeable, capable and very nice to do business with. He gets on with the job, does it well and then leaves the work area clean and tidy. My work was done promptly and well within budget. I will be asking Scott to do all my home maintenance in future and have recommended SMB to my family and friends

Remus and Ionut were outstanding! In under two weeks, they refurbished two bathrooms, fitted a kitchen island, built wardrobes, installed appliances, painted, and more, always with a smile and no excuses. Even when I added extra tasks, they simply said, “No problem” and got it done. True professionals with an incredible work ethic. I’ve recommended them to everyone and will only use them in the future.

I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.
