We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.

They worked to budget and time scale, working hard to keep the timings to fit in with the demands of a busy church. They kept the place clean and tidy so the church could function. The work was finished to a high standard, and they had a good attention to detail. They communicated well and sorted out the problems with ease.
