I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. initial negative due poor communications..but now resolved as contractor was suffering with an illness which I accept and also have hired him to do the work. please consider my negative report as incorrect and deleted.

He also hung a heavy mirror above the fireplace and took great care over the fixings to ensure it would be safe and secure. I am very pleased with the result and would employ him again to carry out further work.

Gareth responded to my job almost as soon as I posted it, and called to carry out the work within 3 days, despite having a busy schedule with other customers. He fitted some hooks in my garage walls and is obviously a perfectionist - he refitted one that he thought was not quite in the right place.
