I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. I asked Simon to paint the inside of my house and all woodwork and ceilings. I did say the kitchen and bathroom didn't need doing, so they didn't paint the bathroom door oneighbour the inside but that was part of the woodwork so you have to be specific about what you ask to be done. Also he said he would come back to look at things I wasn't happy with, I emailed him twice but he never came back.
