I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. We had great experience with Tony for another job so gave him a new job of installing 2 new taps and a new en-suite. He was very responsive until we paid the deposit and turned up to do the job 5 weeks after the initial scheduled date. We found tap leaks right after the job. He turned up twice to fix but unable to do so. We reached out again but he didn’t respond. Our opinion is that either the materials he ordered are of poor quality or he’s just can’t fix a tap leak.

Couldn’t be happier with the remedial painting. Friendly from the start and no upselling at all, they just got on with it and the finish is excellent. They even sorted doors that wouldn’t close, shaving them to fit, and cleaned all the hardware. The flat was left spotless, with no paint specks anywhere. Extra bits I asked for were done with no fuss, and they even offered to source a missing handle part afterwards. The place now looks crisp and brand new. Highly recommend

Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.
