I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of comments from people passing and neighbours on how impressed they are with the speed of construction and the final results. Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!
