Mariusz came to give us a quote for complete strip out and refit of small bathroom. We already had an idea of how the new bathroom should look and had chosen almost all the new fittings, etc. Mariusz suggested a completely new layout, which we would never have thought of and many different fittings. We decided to go with Mariusz's layout and many of his suggestions for the fittings. The finished bathroom is absolutely outstanding and beyond our expectations. Mariusz is truly a master craftsman.

Steve did a complete renovation of a 2 bedroom flat for us - rewire, beautiful herringbone oak floors, plaster, paint, amazing new kitchen including white quartz countertop sourced at a great price and bathroom. Great finish; amazing value; can’t recommend highly enough. Really appreciate his advice, including telling us where not to waste money

Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????

Quite simply the best! Stan's work is top quality. He completed my flooring (tiling and wooden floor sanding) to an exceptionally high standard. His work was so good, I asked him to stay longer and also complete my downstairs bathroom, kitchen and also a number of other decorating jobs in the house. I trusted him so much, I left him my keys, went on holiday and came back to a beautiful home. He knows a great deal, takes huge pride in his work. I would recommend Stan to everyone I know!

Nik team did a fantastic job with replastering water damaged walls and re-grouted my shower room. They even attached a new ceiling light fitting for me, complimentary as a new customer. The service was excellent. Artur came the day after I posted the job (the Friday), and true to his word, he and his team started the job on the Monday. The work was of excellent quality. They worked very cleanly, even going beyond the point of duty, moving articles out of the way. The work was completed within a week as promised and was of exceptional quality. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone for painting, decorating and building work. Well done.
