I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.

Kitchen Supply and Installation
Graham fitted our Masterclass kitchen and replaced the flooring throughout the ground floor. Despite some design faults (which were down to the kitchen supplier) Graham was able to think outside the box and recommended alterations to the design. We ended up with a different kitchen design but one which fitted the space much better. He even built 2 additional cupboards from the leftover units which were a bonus. Graham was punctual, very tidy and finished the job to an excellent standard. Highly recommended.
Simon and Billy were excellent all round and we are very happy with the full bathroom refit they did for us. Really nice guys, very knowledgeable and kept the place very clean and tidy. I honestly couldn’t ask for more from them. Would highly recommend.
